I am working with a senior HR professional who is seeking a new opportunity this Summer once their current interim role comes to an end following multiple successfully implemented projects.

A commercially focused HR generalist qualified and certificated by the CIPD with membership at Fellow level.  Over twenty years or experience within generalist HR, with the majority of that time as head of an HR function, operating as a business partner to the board of directors and business unit managers. Have successfully formulated and implemented the people strategy to achieve the business goals and overseen effective change management through a period of business turnaround through to a successful shareholder exit.  A solution focused professional with excellent commercial acumen with the ability to match people and the value they bring with the needs of the business.  Confident to challenge where needed and adept at business transformation and change projects.  A coach who demonstrates a ‘get it done’ attitude whilst enabling non-HR colleagues to develop their people management knowledge and skills.

This senior HR Professional is looking for a new permanent or interim role where they can add value, they have a particular interest in companies going through significant change and perhaps need a fresh set of eyes. They are located just outside of Bath but are open to regular travel as required.
