They are a proactive and dedicated People Manager with proven experience working with teams national and internationally, adapting and reacting to major organizational changes and critical business needs within fast-paced environments from corporate to small/medium start-ups. They have very generalist experience in many aspects of HR, from the creation of HR department/functions, solving high level of complex ER cases minimising risk to the company as well as designing, launching, and implementing HR processes, policies & strategies across multiple sites and UK-wide, supporting business restructures whilst coahing managers and stakeholders to help them develop their people skills. 

They have a proven track record of partnering successfully with stakeholders and departments to successfully deliver HR projects. Commercially minded, capable of balancing the needs of the individuals and the business, always acting as the brand ambassador.
