I am working with a people-focused HR professional with a solid track record of delivering high quality practical solutions. They have cross sector experience with both operational and strategic experience spanning small start-up businesses to large global corporations.

They have vast generalist experience and strengths in managing a varied HR portfolio from complex employee relations issues, change management and TUPE, to reviewing compensation, policy development and advocating diversity and inclusion. They are adaptable to the changing environment and sucessfully implemented remote working for a global organisation during the COVID pandemic with a focus on employee wellbeing, coaching managers virtually and partnering with heads of departments.

This Senior HRBP is currently on a contract role due to complete September 2023 and is open to either a permanent position or another contract role. The are based in Cornwall and are happy to consider either remote roles or positions with some travel.
