I am working with a Talent Manager who is looking for a new role in the South West and is available to start immediately. They are currently responsible for creating, implementing and executing the recruitment strategy to ensure they attract the best talent. They have experience of actively headhunting to fill niche roles as well as using various job platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
One of the key achievements they are most proud of in their current role is having created from scratch the recruitment process, including implementating a new ATS system and streamlining the full recruitment process, ensuring candidate experience is at the heart of the process. They have developed a new early years talent strategy, tapping into a previously unidentified talent pool to support growth and develop future talent pipelines when succession planning.
This Talent Manager has a passion for all things D,E&I. They have helped to promote equality by implementing gender decoders, advert placement, gender balance in panels, as well as ensuring specifics areas such as unconscious bias, equality and diversity training is given to all staff.
Having worked in both the public and the private sectors this TA is open to opportunities in all industries and feels that their background allows them to be flexible in their approach. They have experience of managing a team and are open to both managing a team and being a standalone as is needed.
