This HR Manager is a chartered MCIPD who is currently working as a stand alone HR Generalist in a role where she set up the whole HR function, supporting the business through years of growth. As part of this she has led on recruitment drives, hiring at various levels within a busy manufacturing company including assembly line technicians, R&D engineers, product management as well as sales specialists who are based internationally. She manages all areas of HR for this multi-site manufacturing company and enjoys getting to know the people who work on the site personally, maintaining that SME feel.

She is looking for a new role in a company going through a period of growth where she can add value and help the business develop. Ideally she would like a degree of flexibility in her next role with the opportunity to collect her young child from primary school once or twice a week.
