I am working with a highly experienced HR professional with over 20 years of experience and is available for interim contract work straight away. She has most recently worked as a HR Director looking after a HR team of 12 and has been responsible for a wider team of over 100 people including tech and health and safety. This HR Director has a proven track record  in various industries including government, public and manufacturing organisations and has the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including Boards, Executive teams and Trade Unions. She has previously led the HR function through significant change from a Civil Service organisation to limited company status. This involved extensive communication, union consultation and liaison with government departments. She developed and delivered key strategies to support the business and drive their 5 year plan to deliver sustainable growth and is proud to be able to say the company was voted as being ‘employer of choice.’

She has moved into contract work to allow her to experience different companies but also to allow her a degree of flexibility. This people person ideally would prefer a hybrid role where she can build relationships with colleagues face to face. She is based in Cardiff but is willing to travel a few days per week. She is open to either full time work or 4 days per week and is open to contract work either 3, 6 or 12 month FTC. She would ideally like to step into a role were there are projects to work on, especially change management as this is where her strength and interest lies but she is also open to generalist HR work where there is a team to be managed.
