Overview:

I am working with a board level HR Director who is seeking a new role. They have a real drive to succeed and enjoy coaching and equipping board members as well as senior leaders to deliver their strategic outcomes. She primarily has a strategic mindset but has operational appreciation, combined with exceptional communication and influencing skills allowing her to engage with colleagues across all levels. She operates predominantly with members at executive and senior level in both public and private sector and also has experience of working at FTSE 100 companies. She has the ability to create, influence and deliver a people strategy and organisation design which has exceed business objectives and is focused on creating a culture aligned to a company’s values, vision and purpose. She is a true leader of people who can galvanise teams regardless of location.

In her current role she has created and implemented a 3 year people strategy which has included embedding a cultural transformation as well as leading a learning and development function in line with the organisations objectives. She has experience of designing and reorganising at an executive level which included the recruitment and onboarding of a new CEO.

This HR Director has an interest in recruitment and effectively building her team and the wider company employees. She has previously implemented an applicant tracking system which has reduced the time and cost of recruitment and reducing overall spend by 18% in one year and reliance on recruitment agency usage.

In her next role she is looking for a HR Director position within a growing company where she can add value to the HR function. She is open to large corporate businesses and SMEs.
