This Talent Acquisition Business Partner is looking for a new role within a growing company where they can drive the recruitment strategy further. She has previous experience in doing just this dealing with end to end recruitment of applicants from mid to senior level across the UK and Ireland. She prides herself in providing an excellent candidate experience from the outset ensuring all applicants receive appropriate communication and feedback in a timely manner. To ensure a good candidate experience she attends hiring manager interview calls providing advice and guidance on recruitment best practice and processes. This TA Business Partner has been heavily involved in the re-structuring of businesses, leading on the Talent & Selection process, working closely with various stakeholders at all levels

She works closely with hiring managers providing coaching and support on best practices around Diversity and Inclusion throughout the candidate journey, helping to cultivate the right company culture where difference is respected and encouraged. She currently partners with the head of various departments to help attract the best talent available. This includes Marketing, to design internal or external recruitment events and campaigns on an as-needed basis to identify and hire prospective candidates.  

One of her key achievements includes successfully completing project and change management courses, implementing the skills learnt resulting in reducing her employers agency spend to zero by actively sourcing candidates and head hunting via LinkedIn and other sources.
