Overview:

This Senior HR Advisor is looking for a new role within a company where there is the opportunity to develop further and have the structure to support her career goal of progressing to a HR Business Partner position.

Their current role is a true generalist position which has given her the opportunity to broaden her experiences in all areas such as:

  • Employee Relations - Providing advice to line managers on complex cases including grievances, sickness management and disciplinaries
  • Payroll - Currently she provides payroll services for the company
  • Inclusion and Diversity - She is a champion for promoting her companies values and policies on all areas of diversity
  • Learning and Development - She has recently delivered training on a new HRIS system implemented

She has previous experience of leading a team of 5 direct reports and she enjoys delivering training and seeing them thrive. 

After COVID this Senior HR Advisor held a key role in implementing a return to office policy managing the full process including carrying out risk assessments, implementing office changes in accordance with Government guidelines as well as managing any queries and concerns from the returning members of staff. This was often done fully remotely across 10 regional offices. 

In her next role she is keen for a role within a growing company where the HR function is valued and heard. She is keen for opportunities where there are lots of projects she can work on ensuring no 2 days are the same. This candidate has a particular interest in wellbeing and would like a business that recognises the importance of promoting this within their values.
