I am working with a highly expereinced Head of HR who is looking for a new role ideally as a HR Director. She is a HR professional with a proven track record in generalist HR and Resourcing at a senior level in heavily unionised organisations. She is committed to delivering a measurable, added value contribution to the bottom line through effective alignment of HR, employee relations and Strategic Workforce Planning strategy with business goals. This Head of HR has strong influencing skills and has previously used these skills to influence senior team members responsible for supporting project delivery, developing and reviewing processes and procedures to support the organisation’s objectives.
In her current role she built the entire HR function and now has 25 direct reports within her HR team, this is to build to 50 throughout 2023. As well as building her team she has also implemented new HR IT tools to help provide support and solutions to her team, this has included a complete onboarding tool to provide a positive candidate experience through from offer acceptanc to start date.
She is looking for a new role within a HR team where she can add value and lead a team through a period of change. She is open to positions where she has the opportunity to build an entire HR function.
