I am working with a highly experienced HR Director who is looking for a new role to start in 2023. She is an authentic and credible senior leader, and a creative, collaborative, business partner. She has previous experience of creating highly motivated teams and inspiring stakeholders to deliver growth, transformation and change. This HR Director enjoys forging productive relationships from shop floor to C-suite and across disciplines and cultures. She has experience of identifying business challenges and has devised impactful people programmes, whilst being operationally engaged and a pragmatic problem solver.

She has previously led a team of 16 to develop the People function leading to large business growth, this included redesigning the HR visiona and upgrading the team capability mainly through coaching, development and implementing a restructure. The result of this was developing the HR function from being operationally focused to a more strategic business partner.

In her next role she is keen to step into a team environment that has a tangible proble to solve and where she can add value to the HR function. She is open to 4 or 5 days per week and is happy to be office based in Bristol or hybrid with regular travel.
