I am working with a HR Advisor who is currently looking for their next role within a growing comapny. She currently has 5 direct reports with whom she holds regular 1-2-1 meetings as well as holding annual reviews reporting back to her HR manager. In this role she is the first point of contact for line managers providing solutions for ER cases including sickness management, grievences, and helping with conflict resolutions.

Whilst in this post she has reviewed and updated current processes, identifying gaps and areas that need to be updated in line with current employement law. She has previous experience within the recruitment industry which has helped her to build the team she is currently working with. In her current role she is responsible for the onboarding of new starters ensuring they are fully compliant and have a positive experience from offer acceptance to start date.

She is most proud of her quick progression within the company whilst still being relatively new to the industry.

She is looking for a new role where she can develop her experience in a fast paced environment with the support of senior management. She is keen to work within an establised team where she can collaborate to provide the best people service possible to employees. In her current role she has had some experience of stakeholder management but this is an area she would like to build upon. This HR Advisor is keen to work within a company that has the possibility for future growth into a HR Business Partner role.
