I am working with a highly experienced Head of People who is looking for their next role within a company which puts its people first and stands by their high morals, embedding them in their employees at all levels. She is looking for a role where she can add value to the business and make an impact. She has helped develop start-up companies as well as global and scale up companies in a wide range of industries. She is always open to a challenge and is happy to consider positions in companies from all industries.

In her current role she is very operational in her approach but would be keen to take on new roles with a more strategic view. She has experience of delivering business goals and implementing steps to help attract and retain top talent. She has brought about a full policy and procedure review as well as developing annual training plan for managers and heads of department, identifying skill gaps and creating an L&D plan ensuring their skills are delivered.

She currently has 11 people who directly report into her and she is open to either standalone roles or managing a team. She has helped to create and implement engagement and wellbeing platforms whilst also collaborating with the heads of departments to develop strategic plans in line with the companies objectives.
