This candidate is currently working as a HR Manager and is looking for a new role as a HR Generalist. This person is looking for their new role to be within a team where the company has high values and ethos, doing what is right by the customer.
They have helped during periods of company restructure and have manged TUPE's and mergers as well as dealing with various ER cases, often up to 10 cases at a time. This candidate has implemented several large scale HR projects including system change, office relocation and managing the introduction of hybrid working.
They have worked with various companies including start ups and global, mainly working in the communications sector however for their next role they are open to all different sectors as they are keen to challenge themselves and progress their career. They currently hold their CIPD Level 7.
